HealthPulze Store is pleased to announce the launch of several products in-store including BlueHills honey. Moreover, the HealthPulze store is the first store in North America to import BlueHills Manuka and Leatherwood honey.
Blue Hills Honey is located in the small Tasmanian district of Mawbanna. The Charles family started an apiary there over 60 years ago. Honey production in Tasmania’s wilderness has been in the Charles family since 1955.
What is Manuka Honey and why it's important?
Manuka honey is a type of honey native to New Zealand and Australia only.
It’s produced by bees who pollinate the flower Leptospermum scoparium, commonly known as the manuka bush.
Manuka honey’s antibacterial properties are what set it apart from traditional honey.
Methylglyoxal (MGO) is its active ingredient and likely responsible for these antibacterial effects. (we have in store 100+MGO and 250+MGO)
Additionally, manuka honey has antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant benefits.
It has traditionally been used for wound healing, soothing sore throats, preventing tooth decay, and improving digestive issues.
